By accessing or using Posiboo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Description of Service

Posiboo provides developers with production-ready UI components built using Tailwind CSS, React, and Next.js. These components are intended for use in personal and commercial web projects, depending on your subscription plan and license.

3. License & Usage

Upon purchasing a license or subscribing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Posiboo components in unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the library, modified or unmodified, unless explicitly permitted.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Posiboo in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful or abusive purposes. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, components, branding, and code provided by Posiboo are the intellectual property of Posiboo or its creators. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue or require support, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist you.

7. Service Availability & Updates

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may release updates, new components, or enhancements that may be subject to change.

8. Limitation of Liability

Posiboo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or its components.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising out of your use of Posiboo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
