Refund Policy

How refunds work when you purchase Posiboo credits.

1. General principle

Posiboo uses a pay-as-you-go credit model. We aim to be fair and transparent about refunds while also protecting the integrity of the platform.

2. Refunds for unused credit packs

If you experience a technical issue or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@posiboo.com.

We may offer a partial or full refund for unused credits at our discretion, particularly where:

  • You are unable to use the service due to an issue on our side.
  • A duplicate payment or obvious billing mistake has occurred.

3. Non-refundable cases

To prevent abuse, we generally do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You have already consumed a significant portion of the purchased credits.
  • Your integration or templates produce incorrect PDFs due to your own implementation or data issues.
  • You decide you no longer need the service but the platform is working as described.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We will always try to resolve billing issues directly and amicably.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@posiboo.com with:

  • Your account email.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • A short explanation of the issue.

We will review your request and respond as quickly as we can, usually within a few business days.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy goes live.
