2.2 Billing & payment data
Payments are processed by our payment provider (such as Paddle). We do not store full payment card numbers.
2.3 Usage data
We collect information about how you use Posiboo, such as API requests, IP addresses, device information, log files, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the service.
2.4 Document & template data
To generate PDFs, you send us templates and JSON payloads. These may include personal data about your customers or users (for example names and addresses on invoices).
We process this data only to generate PDFs and provide the service. We do not use your document content for advertising or unrelated profiling.

We aim to keep generated PDFs and source data for 24 hours to allow you to access them and troubleshoot issues. You can request deletion of specific documents where feasible.

We take security seriously and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Posiboo may store and process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect data transferred internationally.
