Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Posiboo is a digital product that provides instant access to a library of UI components, developer tools, and updates. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer automatic refunds once access has been granted.

2. One-Off Purchases

All one-time purchases (e.g. Monthly Pass, Annual Pass, or 2-Year Power Pass) are non-refundable. Please review the features and demo components before purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or 2-year plans) are billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current period. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time.

4. Exceptional Cases

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service, or you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of your transaction at hello@posiboo.com. We'll do our best to review and resolve your concern.

5. Paddle Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You may see "Paddle" on your credit card statement. Refund requests may also be handled through Paddle’s support in accordance with their refund guidelines.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in your account being permanently disabled and loss of access to all Posiboo resources.
